The initial bulletins are at the beginning of the program. This is from the CBS News documentary Four Days in November which aired in 1988. After the initial bulletin, CBS went back to regular programming several times before staying on the air. I learned many years later that the vacuum tube studio cameras required about 15 minutes to warm up.
