The Luna committee is bogus ...

--- Quote from: Michael T. Griffith on June 13, 2026, 03:45:48 PM ---[...] Baker's story seems too pat to me. I'm open to the possibility that part of it may be true, but I have so many doubts about it that I have never cited it in any of my research.

The principled restraint of a serious researcher is impressive to behold.

Benjamin Cole:
I am holding in reserve any sentiments on the Luna Committee, due to the prominent role of Jeff Morley.

Yes, Morley is a smart guy, and deeply knowledgable about the JFKA.

Morley is also a devout CT'er, and lately made comments that suggested he had evidence beyond reasonable doubt the CIA had waxed JFK.

So...where is the evidence?

Morley's appearance on the Tucker Carlson show, in which Morley dog-whistled "Mossad perped the JFK"' and said Israel would instruct Trump to suppress key JFK records, is entirely indefensible. The Jews control the world, ala Morley? Utterly shameful.

In an e-mail exchange I had with Morley, he said Israel was an apartheid state.

OK, so modern partisan sentiments define who is guilty in the JFKA?

The Luna Committee has been far more receptive to the "CIA did it" angle than to the "G2-KGB did it" angle.

In the end, the Luna Committee became a yawner, and lacked gravitas. It is ending with a fizzle.

Karl Kinaski:
@ Benjamin Cole
Morley  did a lot of JFKA research. His recent assessment of the ongoing Iran-Israel-US mess is another story.
Back to topic:

It is my understanding that Jeff Morley ignored Judyth Baker and a possible bioweapon link in the complex story of the JFKA from the start. So does James DiEugenio (who is is IMO the most knowledgeable JFKA researcher in most aspects of the JFKA).
On the other hand, Oliver Stone believes Judyth Baker. What is the difference? The three men were allowed to testify; Baker was not. There is another aspect: those men are not eyewitnesses. Judyth Baker is the last eyewitness of Oswalds clandestine operations in NOLA. Judyth Baker’s story should be read into the record, whether you believe her or not. You don't get to the bottom of things, when you select experts und witness. Or discredit witness who are willing to testify.

Use for instance AI too, to get a fair assessment. Quote GROK:

"This (Bakers bioweapon claim)fits into 1960s U.S. biological weapons research and anti-Castro plots (e.g., CIA's real attempts with poisons/pills). However, mainstream accounts attribute Castro assassination efforts to more conventional means, not this specific New Orleans cancer project. The theory gained traction in alternative media and conferences but remains fringe even among conspiracy researchers.
In short, the bioweapon angle originated in Ed Haslam's investigation of Sherman's death and was popularized (and personalized) by Baker starting in the late 1990s/early 2000s. It remains highly debated—compelling to some as a "missing link," but unproven and contested by others. Primary sources are Baker's and Haslam's books; cross-check with critical analyses for balance."

Judyth Baker may be the only living connection between Rep. Anna Paulina Luna’s work and Tulsi Gabbard’s work — a link between the never-ending U.S. bioweapon (gain-of-function) activities, all the bloody U.S. coups around the world, and the events of November 22, 1963 on american soil  ... she should testify and should be questioned and grilled by committee members ...

John Corbett:
I could have a bit of word playing fun with the name Luna Committee but it's just too easy.

Karl Kinaski:
Another person of interest for the Luna Committee would be Tosh Plumlee.

Quote Judyth Baker on X yesterday: Judyth Vary Baker

Thanks to God, more verification! When I told the great Jim Marrs-and later, publisher Kris Milligan- that Lee Oswald said he had joined an abort team, Kris had a hard time handling that. As he wrote in Tosh Plumlee's new book DEEP COVER, SHALLOW GRAVES: "I heard about Tosh from the intrepid Jim Marrs. I was working on Judyth Vary Baker's book, ME & Lee...and she was talking about Lee being on an "abort" team, and Jim told me he had heard about that from only one other person, Tosh.
Then, there was so much flak about Judyth's story that I didn't pursue it, and the whole idea of an abort team just seemed so far-fetched. The trauma of the assassination was still coloring my understanding."
Kris explains that Tosh was silenced for a long time.
"They"...threatened "his pension, employment... [used]  character as-sas-ina-tion and general trouble. We are honored and humbled to bring this fantastic book to print." (DEEP COVER SHALLOW GRAVES, by Tosh Plumlee.)
On p 7 Tosh describes his secret life with the same CIA people Lee Oswald worked with or knew about. More than that, they met a number of times as they were being trained, as well as later. Tosh Plumlee was one o the easy names to remember because the name "Lee" is in it. I used mnemonics to remember all the names I encountered, especially in 1963.
I am one of the few living witnesses who knew Lee Oswald personally, and I am fighting to get the truth to Rep. Luna! At least two people on her committee don't want me to testify.  Close quote. Plumlee and Baker should testify ...
