Imgur has actively blocked access to users in the United Kingdom as of late September/October 2025 due to regulatory pressure from the UK Information Commissioner's Office (ICO).

Instead of complying with data protection and child safety standards, the company implemented a geo-block, leaving users with "not available in your region" messages.
