The RIF number does not seem to be available on Mary Ferrell so it seems Mr. Clark has managed to get his hands on a document that might not be very well known. The document has Orent Pena stating that Ferrie and Shaw knew each other.

The hsca reasoning in this regard was weak. Nothing Pena said was demonstrated to be untrue.
