  So we got people challenging the memory of a NPIC Image Expert Brugioni, but they swear by an alleged DPD Hobo "arrest record" that somehow pops up over 30 yrs after the fact? But yet, the DPD FAILS to ticket my "getaway" car that was abandoned in a clearly posted, "NO PARKING At Any Time", zone directly outside the TSBD front door/Huge Gates for 3+ Hrs following the Kill Shot. Seriously?
