LHO was recruited by elements of the Dixie mafia and the KKK in Biloxi, Mississippi. The recruitment work was done by a Mississippi based soldier of Carlos Marcello who had connections in the Biloxi underworld.

I wonder if probable KGB "mole" Bruce Leonard Solie from the CIA's Office of Security was the overcoat-wearing guy who met with Oswald for about an hour outside the El Toro Lighter-than-Air base front gate one hot evening in 1959?
