For the first time, I have put online the Bonderman Memo.  David Bonderman was a special assistant in the new Department of Justice under newly-elected president Richard Nixon. He reviewed Shaw's new civil rights complaint and he found a way to go after Garrison. Unfortunately, he decided they shouldn't.
