If I were Mr. Niedernut, I might actually suspect you of being a disinformation agent for reasons entirely unrelated to Prouty. At least from the training I received at Langley, the disinformation agent ploy is not to challenge any CT narrative with LN stuff but to pose as such an off-the-wall CT wacko as to embarrass the entire community. I am one of the few the CIA folks pay (if you call $65 a week "pay") to be a voice of reason and sanity, but I think my puppet masters are starting to realize it's a waste of money. Anyway, since I've never encountered you at one of the Langley love fests, I am willing to accept that you are a genuine off-the-wall CT wacko and not a poseur. If it's is a pose, I must say you're very good at it.

(If you want something to gnaw on, folks, I once innocently revealed these truths at the Ed Forum as an example of how easy it is to spin a dark and sinister narrative around almost anyone, whereupon Tracy Parnell warned me I had made a grievous mistake: One of my not-too-distant relatives was Lorenzo Dow Baker, the founder of the dreaded United Fruit Company (my middle name is Baker) ... my grandmother Baker, a fabulously wealthy Kansas City socialite, was friends with the Dulles family ... I have a photograph of me with William Webster, the former director of both the CIA and FBI who just died at 101 ... and I was quite close to Richard Kleindienst, the AG under Nixon when Watergate broke (and possibly the most gentlemanly guy I ever met). All of which adds up to a big nothingburger insofar as my life is concerned but could easily make me more suspicious than Ruth and Michael Paine put together. Fortunately, my alibi of being a 13-year-old goof who was eating lunch at Alice Vail Junior High when the JFKA occurred has held up so far.)
