Leroy Blevins Snr proposed this particular scenario.
But it required a small ladder or somebody else to lift the shooter up high enough.

  Yeah, I saw that Blevins video presentation there at the actual shelter. Blevins had 1 of his nephews on all fours, and another nephew standing on top of him to achieve the necessary height to fire a rifle through that shelter window. It looked like a snippet from a Marx Bros movie.
