Why in the world should Mueller and Comey "face judgement"?

The Trump-Russia Investigation (which tinfoil-hat conspiracy theorists call "Russiagate") did face judgement -- brought against it by a fool by the name of John Durham who found diddly-squat improprieties and who didn't realize that Christopher Steele's primary source was very likely a KGB* agent who not only fed Steele un-falsifiable, over-the-top "intel," but even beat Durham in court by cleverly arguing that he hadn't "told" somebody something, but informed him or her by e-mail, instead.
