I think it's possible that Hoffman saw the JFK Limo go underneath his viewing position on the Stemmons Fwy. That could happen. But Hoffman seeing in detail all the way over to the picket fence is a serious stretch.

It is actually not a serious stretch. Here's a good video on Hoffman and his account:

The video clears up the statements that have been wrongly attributed to Hoffman. Hoffman was mute and communicated via sign language. The problematic statements attributed to Hoffman and cited by critics were the result of faulty sign-language interpretation. The Quinlan-Edwards book does a more thorough job of answering the attacks on Hoffman's account, but this video is a good first step in understanding Hoffman's account.

Edwards does a very good solo JFK Assassination presentation on You Tube. That said, and the above presentation included, these guys are doing nobody any favors when they post still frames and photos of Dealey Plaza with the lamp posts having been moved, the Stemmons Sign being GONE, the RL Thornton Sign being GONE, etc. We get newbes looking at these inaccurate visual aids of Dealey Plaza and thinking this is exactly how Dealey Plaza looked on 11/22/63. Posting images of Dealey Plaza with Stuff MOVED, Stuff COMPLETELY GONE, and Stuff ADDED is polluting the minds of several generations that think they are looking at the real 11/22/63 Crime Scene.

I couldn’t take him seriously when he asserted that the plotters had painted the kerb blocks yellow in Dealey Plaza to calibrate the kill site.
Ask the highways engineer’s, they ‘ll know why the kerbs are marked?

Yep, Hoffman's sign-language was open to various faulty interpretations. :D

I've never understood why they did Not use a White Board or Legal Pad to simply Write a question and then permit Hoffman to Write his response to the question.
