         Are you Now joining Doug Horne and the other JFK Assassination Researchers that claim JFK Assassination Images have been Altered/Removed?  The only way there is 3 Men standing on The Steps in Willis 5 is if Man #3 is currently on the Cutting Room Floor.

Hi Duncan, I think you're right about the smaller man in front of Hudson but it seems to me that Hudson's white hat is visible at the top.
