Oswald Probably Did It

<< < (33/35) > >>

Richard Rubio:
Yes, half the people in prison, maybe more, didn't do it.

I don't know.....But I do know that there was no shooter in the SE corner window of the sixth floor of the TSBD.

Of course you do... in fact you're the only person on the planet who knows that.

Jerry Freeman:

This presents a certain permutation of possibilities.
Reversing the tendency to proclaim a definite 'without a doubt'.
Strikingly different from a history of stating exactly that.
There must be some scientific actuarial that could be employed to determine the odds of someone who has no apparent reason to kill a national leader as opposed to his being framed by those who had sundry reasons for killing this same leader and recruiting all the required nuances that the case involved.
Probably, Oswald most likely didn't do it.

There's no need to speculate....   It would have been impossible for anybody to fire a rifle from that sE corner window and hit JFK in the Lincoln at the time.   Not only was there a tree between the window and JFK ...the window was not open far enough to allow any gunman to stand behind that window and shoot down onto Elm street.

The liars on LBJ's cover up committee said that Lee Oswald sat on a box back away from the window and aimed the Carcano out f the window and fired it, and killed JFK.    (They completely ignored Howard Brennan's eyewitness account in which Brennan said that the man who was dressed entirely differently than Lee Oswald, was STANDING and aiming a HUNTING rifle  out of a window. )   Lee couldn't have sat on a box back away from the window and declined the muzzle of the rifle low enough to hit anything on Elm street.
