At least circle it or point an arrow to it or something.  Just saying "it's there" isn't particularly compelling.  Nor are your other interpretations.

Can you help there, it is a clear as daylight.  If you can't see it, nothing I do will let you see it.

Do you actually think that Oswald did not shoot at JFK?

This picture of the TSBD sure looks like Oswald in the window.

Iacoletti has been quoted as saying that "all the evidence leads to Oswald".

Great. Another Richard Smith who has no carriage return.

Number one, I don't know who Richard Smith is, so your post has no meaning to me. Number two, what is your point? If you have some evidence to cite that proves Oswald innocent then do so.

Wesley, that's not how it works. It's not up to Oswald defenders to prove that he was innocent. But they do have to challenge the evidence against him. Most of them refuse to do so. They just dismiss it out of hand. Rob Caprio is the worst of the bunch. He can't be reasoned with at all. So, don't even bother wasting your time trying. John Iacolletti tries to be reasonable from time to time but for the most part his approach is one that would empty the jails and prisons nationwide.

Thanks for the information Tim.

Okay John let's take it a piece at a time. All of the physical evidence in the case which includes the bullet, fragments, and rifle that were found were linked to Oswald.

Ok, one at a time.

What bullet was linked to Oswald, and how?

What fragments were linked to Oswald, and how?

What is your evidence that Oswald owned, possessed, or fired the C2766 Mannlicher Carcano rifle allegedly found in the TSBD?

What a cop out.  You claim it's there, but can't even point it out.
