You are taking issue with whether red circle is singular or plural while ignoring the documented evidence that such circles were painted on Dallas buildings?

My dear thick skulled dufus, .....The point is:    You cite a fire department directive that was issued in May of 1941, over twenty three years prior to November of 1963...And the directive was for buildings  over six stories tall and were not equipped with exterior fire escapes.

AND that directive stated that there should be ONE window designated as a fire escape window.

The TSBD had SIX windows with red rings in the windows...( The sixth floor had THREE red rings in different windows ) And one of the windows is obviously obstructed by boxes, which violates the directive.

Please explain how the firemen could know where to place their ladder??  ....

Please post a photo that shows red rings in the windows of any other building in Dallas on 11-22-63

PS.... I doubt that you'll answer the questions..... Because you can't.

Again, I cited evidence confirming that red circles were used on Dallas buildings for fire safety purposes including the 1941 newspaper article that makes reference to them.  Again, whether you believe that the use of the red circles for fire safety is useful or not for their intended purpose is not relevant to that issue.  The fact remains that they were so used.  I am not a historian of Dallas fire safety requirements that can trace the entire history of use of red circles.  That is not necessary for the limited purpose of this context.  We know with absolute certainty that such red circles were used for fire safety purposes.  End of story.

Mr "Smith" said so and that settles it!....   Since you're the ultimate authority. Mr "Smith", please confirm that the FBI tested the Carcano before it was checked over by a gunsmith.  Isn't it true that the FBI man refused to test fire the Carcano as it was found because of dirt and rust in the barrel?

I didn't say so unless you believe that I transported back in time to 1941 and wrote the article in the Dallas Morning News confirming that the red circles were used on Dallas buildings for fire safety purposes.

The red rings on the windows were (and are) a crucial clue just as Umbrella man is a crucial clue....

The red rings were studiously avoided and brushed aside ......   I believe the red rings were crucial because they were intended to remind JFK that he had betrayed the Cubans ( CIA)  of the brigade  at red beach at BOP.
Umbrella man was intended to remind JFK that he had "pulled the umbrella " of air cover for the Cubans at BOP.

The red rings served a dual purpose..... Remind JFK that he had betrayed the Cubans at BOP....and serve as a signal to LBJ that everything was in place for the ambush.....he just need to give the signal to go...

Far out.  And what was LBJ's signal to give the "go" ahead?  How did he transmit this signal to the assassin in the few seconds between when he could see the red rings and the first shot was fired?

After LBJ gave the "thumbs up" the hit team leader simply lit a big firecracker ( some folks thought it was a motorcycle backfire, while other witnesses thought the noise of the first explosion was a railroad torpedo)
Everybody in Dealy Plaza heard the "open fire" signal and reported that the first explosion sounded different than the gun shots which followed.

Wow.  That is quite a story in which someone paints red circles on the TSBD unnoticed.  LBJ has only a few seconds to see these red circles before giving the "hit team leader" a "thumbs up".   Why they would wait literally to the last second for this signal is left unexplained.  Why a signal is needed at all if they were already in agreement on this is also unclear.  This hit team leader lights a firecracker amidst the crowd and it goes off.  No one sees him do this.  The assassin at some other part of DP is able to hear this signal amidst the noise of the crowd and motorcade and then shoots JFK.

Read what Howard Brennan reported.....  Bennan said that he got the impression that a firecracker had been tossed out a TSBD window....

Thank You..... Been a bit "down" ....But feeling better with the returning sun and warmer weather.

I'm still very disappointed that so many researchers base their research with Lee Oswald as a major part of the equation.   None of them will ever know the truth about the murder........

Glad to hear you're feeling better.
