This is like a Where’s Waldo... You don’t see it, until you see it... and then you can’t not see it...
This looks like a purposeful overlay onto the limo... It is mixed into the gobbledygook distortions of much of Zapruder...
No... not pareidolia... not a random artifact... an overlay of some sort...

It looks like two snipers side by side...
One looks like he is looking into a scope with his hand (fingers) draped over the top... (see similar pic below)
