While I didn't vote for McCain in 2008, I did hold my nose and voted for Romney in 2012. I had one major concern. I was afraid one of the old conservative justices on the Supreme Court might cash his chips which would give Obama the opportunity to replace him with a liberal justice which would give the liberals a 5-4 majority. That almost happened. Scalia died early in 2016 and it looked like the libs would take over SCOTUS. Fortunately, Mitch McConnell stood strong and blocked Merrick Garland from getting approved by the Senate. Whatever else he has done or failed to do, the country owes him a debt of gratitude for that one shining moment.

I wonder if never-Trump former Republicans like George Will and Bill Kristol have ever asked themselves where this country would be if Hillary had been elected and appointed 3 justices to SCOTUS. Our country would be screwed by now. Thanks again, Mitch. I can understand people disliking Trump on a personal level. He's an acquired taste. Even if I couldn't stand him, I would have gladly swallowed a bitter people to keep Hillary out of the White House.

You would think that traditional conservatives would support Trump but this is an elitist cadre.   The establishment types are a big club who believe they are a ruling class. Trump threatens that dynamic because he rejects the ideology of a ruling class.  He actually marginalizes the George Willl types and they hate him like poison for it.

The Traitorous Orange You-Know-What prefers Vladimir Putin and the extermination of Ukrainians.

What's incredible are those under the influence of TDS.  I've never seen that level of obsession, rage, and hatred.  The propaganda Psyop has affected the minds of these people.  I don't admire Trump.  As a person, he has a lot of defects.  It isn't personal for me.  I appreciate the common sense of his policies.  Closed borders, low taxes, reducing crime.  No sane person could object to that.  I appreciate his ability to expose the corruption and incompetence of the establishment types who had a lock on power in this country for a hundred years and have driven it to ruin.   Look at every major American city that has been governed by liberals.  A complete trainwreck.  We are $40 trillion in debt.  Not substantiable.

TDS (Trump Disinformation Sanitizer) is great!

You should get a case or two, Herr Comrade Smith.

Just remember -- Don't drink it like you did the bleach.
