Reliving the history of Germany right before our eyes.
Right now we are at about 1934....the parallels are beyond remarkable

Godwin's Law! "As an online discussion grows longer, the probability of a comparison involving Nazis or Hitler approaches one."

One of the posters at the Other Forum (I can't remember his name) loves to catch people with Godwin's Law "gotchas." He got me at least once.

It's very Hegelian, isn't it.

It's hilarious to see Comey and James proclaim themselves victims of their political opponent.  Wow.  James ran on a platform to use the legal system to get Trump because she disagreed with his politics.

AI Overview

The Comey indictment
Insufficient evidence found by career prosecutors: Following an investigation, federal prosecutors in Virginia concluded they could not establish probable cause to indict Comey for allegedly lying to Congress. A key witness reportedly undermined the case, stating Comey did not authorize him to leak information anonymously.

The James indictment
Insufficient evidence found: Similarly, career prosecutors concluded there was insufficient evidence to charge Letitia James with bank fraud regarding a 2020 mortgage. Sources indicated they found no clear evidence she knowingly committed fraud.

The evidence was presented to a Grand Jury, and they have indicted both criminal defendants.  Why are you suddenly skeptical of the same process that the Dems touted to prosecute Trump and many others linked to his administration?  We were told by leftists that to even question the legal process was the act of a dictator.

Neither case will make it to the court room.

And why is that?  They have been indicted for serious crimes by a Grand Jury.  Unless they going to flee the country,or plead guilty, they are heading to trial.
