Sorry you are not a big a fan of the Constitution. Everyone in the country, immigrant or otherwise, must have due process. Otherwise, ICE could seize me, declare that I am an illegal immigrant and fly me out of the country, just because I am taking part in Tesla Takedown Protests. Even though I am white and I, my parents, all four of my grandparents and five out of eight great grandparents were born in America.

I want due process for myself. I don't want ICE to determine if I am an American or not. I want a judge to decide that. If immigrants are not given due process, due process can be taken away from all of us the government does not like.

And if all MAGA men who have had the police called on them because of domestic violence are flown to El Salvador then I will drop my protest about Garcia. Why should this standard only be allied to Garcia? And if this Garcia can be used against Garcia then it can be used to deport anyone, with or without a domestic violence record, with or without native birth in America status, at the whim of ICE. If Garcia should be deported, let it be determined by a judge.

Did you ask for due process when Biden ignored the federal immigration laws and allowed 20 million illegal aliens to cross the border?   "Due process" for those that were raped and murdered by illegal aliens?  No?  Only now are you concerned with the law?  You only want the laws to be enforced when they suit your desired narrative.

Question for Richard Smith and Royell Storing

I am a 70 year old male with white hair and green eyes. In my youth I had dark blonde hair. I was born in the U. S. and both parents, four of four grandparents and five of eight great grandparents were born in the U. S. And back about eight (?) generations ago lived a Joseph Elliott in Western Massachusetts in 1775 who I am descended from.

Question:

Can ICE seize me, determine that I am an illegal immigrant and fly me off to a prison in El Salvador?

Or do I have to be given due process, appear in court, have a chance to present my birth certificate and passport, and have a judge determine if I am an illegal immigrant or not?

If your answer is, an illegal immigrant or a legal immigrant (like Garcia) can be seized but a true American citizen can not, what is to prevent ICE from seizing me at a Tesla Takedown Protest rally, dishonestly declare that they believe that I am an illegal immigrant, and fly me to an El Salvador prison, beyond the reach of any American court?

Question:

If I don't stand up for Abrego Garcia, who will stand up for me?

Not Richard Smith or Royell Storing, I suspect.

Such a stupid but predictable response.  The individual sent to El Salvador was not a US citizen.  He was an illegal alien who beat his wife.  He had ties to violent, terrorist gangs with a deportation order.  You think a law-abiding US citizen is at similar risk of deportation?   LOL.  That just shows a lack of seriousness and profound brainwashing.  No American wants violent illegal criminals to be in this country.  If that is your message to voters, be prepared for decades of election landslides.  How about displaying the American flag instead of that of a foreign country?

This is why Trump had the Federales stopping these Illegals on the other side of the border. Biden? He waives them in and flies them in. And their drugs too. 10% for "the big guy".

Democracy is still alive in America. The government is still, to a certain extent, beholden to the people. China, in contrast, is not. China can chose a hard course for its people and make it stick.

So, what if the U.S. decided to drop its high tariff against China but China does not decide to drop its high tariff against the U. S. After all, China can still sell to the rest of the world with no tariffs and if hardships befall the Chinese people, it doesn't matter. Then China says it will get rid of the tariffs, when China invades Taiwan and the U. S. Navy steps aside. If that were to happen, Taiwan would have no chance.

Question: What will Trump do if this happens and the only way to have any kind of control over Congress after January 2027 is if he gives in the China's demands? And that he might get impeached in the Democrats win huge in November 2026 and the remaining Republicans are done with him. What would Trump do?

China is sitting on a powder keg of people who have been oppressed for decades by a criminal government.  In the 1980s it was unthinkable that the Soviet Union and commie bloc states would be overthrown, then it happened overnight.  China is just waiting for the spark that set off the revolution.  The money flowing into the country from US has kept that from happening but they can't let the dissent begin or it will become a tidal wave.

President Donald Trump said on Monday he wants to deport some violent criminals who are U.S. citizens to Salvadoran prisons, a move that experts said would violate U.S. law.

Trump said he would deport American citizens to El Salvador. Clearly intended to cower us. But I am still showing up at protests.

So Trump can have me seized by the police and declare me to be a violent criminal and fly me to El Salvador. Or if they wouldn't do that, ICE could seize me, declare that I am clearly an illegal alien and fly me to EL Salvador. But I and others will continue to protest.

I will display the American flag when we have a proper President again.

Of course that isn't what Trump said.  He did not say that he was going to round up political opponents and deport them to El Salvador.  LOL.  What a fantasy world that you live in.  More misinformation and fear mongering.  He speculated about the possibility of sending convicted criminals to El Salvador if that was legal.  He was deferring to the legal system on whether the worst of American criminals might be sent there.  Why always go too far?  There was no due process used by the Biden administration in bypassing the federal immigration laws to allow tens of millions of unknown people to illegally enter the country but you want trials and multiple appeals to expel wife beating criminals?  That would only take a thousand years to process.   It doesn't surprise me that you are ashamed to display the American flag.  America first is not exactly your mantra.
