Even if his laptop wasn't fiddled with (my paternal grandfather was a champion fiddler in Heber Springs, btw), what does it prove other than he was a drug addict, that he used really poor judgement, and that he took advantage of his dad's name and position to make money at Burisma?

Musk used to be you guys' "Boy". Now You trash the guy.  What happened there?

Musk was never my guy. Others did support him, for his electric cars which are suppose to be good for the environment. If we had fusion power generation, perhaps they would be good for the environment. But since we don't and have to burn fuels like coal to generate the electricity, unlike others, I never really saw the advantage of electric cars.

Now that he is attacking democracy, the liberals that do believe in electric cars have turned against him. And there are now, unlike five years ago, superior electric cars available to those sold by Tesla.

You seem to be obsessed with illegal immigrants and deportations.

Why is that?

Because I believe that MAGA is obsessed with immigrants, legal or not, and want them deported, to make the country more white. So I think it is important to point out to them that these mass deportations are nothing more than a dark dream. They will never happen. The billionaires backing Trump don't want this. And even if they had a president who really was determined to deport the immigrants, and not just pretending by deporting a few, the billionaires and head of corporations would use their considerable influence to prevent this. They don't want to ruin their corporations in the agriculture, construction and other industries where immigrant labor is critical.

So if MAGA would wake and and realize that they are pursuing a pipe dream, they would stop supporting anti democratic, anti American candidates. if they knew what Trump was really up to, they would not support him.

The next three and half years will show if I am right or not. Perhaps I will be disappointed, the mass of the immigrants will have been deported, causing our economy to take a major hit, if the tariffs don't cause this first. But, instead, what I am expected are excuses about why the mass deportations have not taken place, not even in Texas, and run on the promise, in 2028, that if they are elected, they will deport the immigrants.

Time will show if I am right or not.

If by "obsessed with immigrants" you mean that they oppose opening the borders to millions of unknown people from all over the world and instead want the federal immigration laws enforced, then you are right.  There is nothing racist about that, however.   That is just the tired leftist trope to explain any policy that they oppose.  It is common sense supported by the overwhelming number of Americans including most Democrats.  That is one of the main reasons that Old Joe and Kamala were rolled out of office.  I do agree that the deportation efforts have been weak so far.  Hopefully that changes.
