Of course, it would never be allowed but that is not what the WH said:
White House says Trump is right to call for impeachment of ‘partisan judges’
https://www.theguardian.com/us-news/2025/mar/20/white-house-impeachment-judge-james-boasberg

WH owes the judge some answers. Let's see if they continue to defy him.
Oh yea, Biden doesn't work here anymore.

Leftists illegally leaked the Supreme Court's abortion decision (something no one was ever held accountable for).  This resulted in radicalized leftists marching on the homes of the justices in an effort to intimidate them into changing their decision.  A clear and direct violation of Federal law.  The Biden administration not only did not prosecute anyone for doing so, but they also never made any effort to keep the protestors from congregating outside their homes.  Trump and a handful of Republicans have referenced a legal, and nonviolent option in frustration at the desire of judges to establish immigration policy.  One that will never be implemented.  It's a stark contrast to how leftists handle adverse rulings.  How many times did they call for that judge in Florida to be impeached for giving Trump some favorable rulings?   A complete double standard.

I am curious how this DC Judge even got involved in these Criminal Illegal Aliens being deported. I have Not heard a name being connected to a case before him that Might touch on this. And how did he find out about deport planes being already in the air onna Sat evening? What Judge is sitting on-the-bench late on a Sat afternoon/early evening?

"Supreme Court case Marbury v. Madison, which established the high court’s authority by finding among other key principles that the actions of the executive branch are subject to judicial review."

It's called "Checks & Balances", something your orange master would like to eliminate.
It is certainly not unreasonable what the Judge is asking for.  The WH will need to comply.
Let's hope he didn't send the wrong people to some "Hell Hole on Earth".

I am so old I remember leftists saying the Courts were illegitimate, corrupt, stolen and judicial review needed to be ended.

When was that exactly? Oh, about three months ago.

And yes, Trump's actions are indefensible - for the most part; some grey areas here, this is bit of some new ground; but not a lot of them.

You guys got blown out in the election. Put on your Big Boy Pants and get over it. It's only going to be worse after the Midterms. Dem's with record low 29% Approval, (Per CNN Poll), and dropping like a rock.  Walk:

Storing,

You call a 1.5% margin after all the help in the world from "former" KGB officer Vladimir Putin a "blow out"?

LOL!

He never "worked here" because he had no idea where here was.  Old Joe's dementia was the greatest cover up in American politics.  He apparently couldn't even sign his own name.  Some unknown patsy printed out pardons and signed them with an autopen.
