The defense arguments in the Dirty Hunter trial are laughable.  He is claiming that he didn't "intend" to buy a gun.  He was shopping for a phone across the street.  LOL.   Somehow he miraculously found himself in a store across the street paying for a gun.  But he wasn't "interested" in doing so.   The salesman pressured him.  So he apparently can't be held accountable for lying on the form.  Imagine any other person being charged with this crime being allowed by a judge to make this argument.  They are also arguing that whether someone is an "addict" is dependent on every individual's subjective assessment.   As a result, even if Dirty Hunter was smoking crack every single day, he may not have considered himself an "addict" even though he frequently has referred to himself as such in books and interviews.  One juror apparently wept when the defense attorney described Dirty Hunter's drug use.   Unreal.   Imagine being an addict, claiming you were not an addict, but then using your addiction to evoke sympathy from the jury.

According to CNN here are two defenses being used by Dirty Hunter:

1)Biden did not know he was lying on the form “because he thought when he was asked ‘are you using drugs,’ that meant right now."
2) Biden did not identify as a drug addict at that time.

I know Dirty Hunter is not bright, but we are supposed to believe that when filling a form out asking if he was using drugs or an addict that he thought that meant in the very moment he was buying the gun.  He would need to be smoking crack in the gun shop as he paid for the gun?  HA HA HA.  And he "did not identify as a drug addict"?   It's up to each drug user to make that determination?   Too bad that they have a picture of him wearing a t-shirt that says "Addict" on the front.  Wow.  Still likely a hung jury despite a slam dunk case because of the bias.  Even if convicted, he will just get a slap on the wrist.

Old Joe is so slippery.  He has said that the will not "pardon" Dirty Hunter.  Of course, he may very well do so after the upcoming election when there are no political consequences but the WH is now hedging on whether that means he won't commute Dirty Hunter's sentence.   Hunter got away with hundreds of potential serious felonies including possibly treason to enrich himself to the tune millions.  He has never worked a day in his entire life but spent his time on crack and with prostitutes.  But Americans are supposed to feel sorry for him due to his own poor and often criminal choices.  The tax fraud convictions are coming next.  Imagine the fun when they have to start revealing the source of the Biden crime family's wealth.  Everyone is a multimillionaire in that family despite having no apparent business or skills.

Some of the recent examples of Old Joe freezing up and blurting out strings of gibberish are downright frightening even from him.   He couldn't even get in his car.  He appears to be in a steep physical and mental decline.

The hypocrisy of the Dems is astounding.  They go on and on about women's rights when it comes to abortion.  But not a peep when a woman or young girl is raped and murdered by an illegal alien.  They go on and on about Trump criticizing the judge in his criminal case.  Suggesting he is setting a dangerous precedent.  But then they relentless criticize the Supreme Court Justices, march on their homes, threaten and attack the judge in Florida because she is carefully considering the complex legal arguments instead of rushing to convict Trump before the election to further their political narrative.   She is incompetent according the libs and should be replaced with a more Trump hating judge.

Poor Old Joe has been exploited by his family for their personal gain and the leftist media has protected him for years despite his obvious signs of steep cognitive decline.  So last night a tired, senile old man with dementia was humiliated in front of the entire world.  It was a sad spectacle.  Then they dragged a tired and sick old man to the Waffle House to humiliate him further.  Imagine the person who thought that was a good idea.  The most amazing thing, however, is Old Joe's performance apparently came as a surprise to some of the radical left-wing media.  Anyone with eyes has seen Old Joe decline.  The true believers, however, thought it was all a MAGA "deepfake."  They are suddenly in "panic."  Showing no loyalty they have turned on Old Joe and demanded that he drop out.  So much for "democracy."  I would feel sorry for Old Joe if he had not brought the country and world to ruin.  Even in a state of panic, the Dems are not asking for Kamala to step in.  She is even worse than a senile Biden.  They are in a bind.  With that said, the conspiracy hoaxes and nonstop propaganda of the state media for the last eight years will result in a close election even if Biden can't remember his own name.  The early voting has given the Dems an enormous advantage.   The Trump hating establishment will do anything to keep him out of office.  If they have to vote for senile old man who doesn't know where he is, and destroy the country, then so be it.

After the liberal media freakout when given no choice but to finally acknowledge Old Joe's steep physical and cognitive impairment, they are desperately reversing course to save him.  Incredibly, the talking point is that even though Old Joe is senile and not up to the job, he is still better than Trump who is a "liar."  That's the best argument that they can make for Old Joe?   They are trying to convince voters to elect a person for the next four years who they acknowledge is not up to the job today?  No one believes for a second that Old Joe is physically and mentally capable of serving for another four years.   Imagine if some crisis occurs in the coming years and the president has advanced dementia?  Oh wait - that has already happened.  It's unreal how far the media and establishment will go to retain power.  They will lose their influence if Trump is elected.  Maybe have to find real jobs.  So America and the world can go down the tubes if necessary to retain power.  Trump once has difficulty walking down a slippery ramp and drank a glass of water using both hands and they went on for weeks claiming he had a stroke and was unfit to be president.  But now they are knowingly promoting the election of an individual who they acknowledge is mentally and physically not up to the job.
