No bald spot the back of the head =
Not
Billy Lovelady

If the time of the photo was taken is > 12:45pm, then it’s probably not Oswald as supposedly Oswald is about to get into William Walleys Taxi

If It’s between 12:45 and 12:35, it’s possible it could be Oswald, just before he was seen by Roger Craig, running down to DC man driving the Rambler station wagon, after a whistle was heard. However, the shirt does not match Craig’s description.

If it’s about 12:33, and the cop is either DPD officer Barnett, or an officer just arrived as Barnett is about to lock the front door , then its higher probability it’s Oswald just exiting , wearing just his brown shirt , and having left his blue jacket in the Domino room where it would be found about a month later.

I'm not sure what is the point but that is a weird picture.
I've noticed that you aren't sure of much of anything.
However, I agree it is a weird photo. What is up with the old guy to the left of and behind the Fed with the suit. [I think he looks like a Fed] The old guy looks comical.
... the three tramps were detained sometime after 2:19 and closer to 2:30....about looks to me to be Billy Lovelady.
Other observers elsewhere guess a possible Lovelady idenity. It seems to me that Mr Whoever it is has a much healthier head of hair than Billy Lovelady did.
It seems that the timing of their "arrest" came from one of the tramps...Chauncey Holt---
Quote
(1) Chauncey Holt was interviewed by John Craig, Phillip Rogers and Gary Shaw for Newsweek magazine (19th October, 1991)

Odd also is the fact that it took 80 minutes to run down Oswald 3 miles away in Oak Cliff but took 2 entire hours to locate three tramps 100 yards away from Dealey.
A fairly accurate time could probably be determined by shadow comparison.
I'm right. Get over it
Right about what? Getting sucked into something? Won't be the last time.
I think there is another picture somewhere of the guy talking to the cop. I posted it many months ago and will look around for it.

I found a video----- @ 1:42 I believe it might be the same guy that [later?] was talking to the cop. The man steps out and is looking on. Unfortunately you can only see him from the back. A cop in a white hat looks directly at him..........

@Jerry Freeman, that quote wasn't even directed at you. Way to go using quotes totally out of context injecting yourself into a conversation to spout ad hominem.

I'm not sure what is the point but that is a weird picture.  Maybe guy number three has the remains of the chicken lunch.  They look like the "Woodsmen" from Twin Peaks.  "Got a light"?

Freeman: 'A cop in a white hat at the steps of the building and an individual talking to him.
Who is that guy?'

And this is a weird photo.

I believe the man in the dark suit was pasted in. I don't think it's a real person. He sure takes up a lot of real estate in that entrance. below

Look at his arms and shoulders. They're all out of proportion. There's a white blob on his left shoulder, possibly an DPD inspector cap? maybe arresting, or talking to, that old fella with the strange posture below

The face of the blobbyman doesn't even look real. Looks pasted in

And the dark skinned guy that was stood next to umbrella man. Is it him?

Billy Bass (one of the officers escorting the motley crew across the plaza says this about the time line. (from Denis Morissette's site)

Going by that, before 1:18pm. Board member James Hackerott posted an interesting time-lapse simulation of the shadows which indicated the photo around 2:15pm. Jim Garrison investigation did some kinda experiment to identify the time of the three tramp photos and I believe that was estimated between 2pm and 3pm

The only reason I found that person in the background who looks like Dark Complected person in this photo is because I found text of an interview with Loy Factor, in which he stated he was out front of the TSBDB with Lansdale. And at around 1:30pm. Believe it or not.

Which brings me onto Lansdale.

It's not my idea, I can't remember who first noticed the guy to the side that looks like Lansdale but I agree it looks like his image.

A lot of monkey business going on out front.
