Typical bullets for handguns in 1963 were ordinary lead, especially for .38s.

Hollow points were rare to non-existent in 1963.

FMJ for more-powerful handguns did exist.

Do you just write things because they sound good to you? Hollow points and FMJ ammo has been available for handguns since the late 19th century.

Only lead was detected on the curb strike near Tague.

Which is consistent with it being struck by the lead core of a FMJ round after it had first struck something else. What that something was we are left to guess at.

Hard to see how FMJ's fired at the limo subsequently made a lead-only strike on the Tagee curb. I put very low odds, indeed vanishing, on that.

Your figuring is so screwed up that it has no connection to reality. It would require a wild miss for Tague to have been injured by a shot fired directly into the curb. It's also unlikely that the curb would only show a lead smear if it had been hit by a direct shot.

The second official investigation into the JFKA, the HSCA, concluded there had been a gunshot at the GK.

The second official investigation was FUBAR.

As a JFKA amateur-layman-hobbyist-buff, you are entitled to disagree.

Am I supposed to be grateful that you are permitting me to exercise my First Amendment protected rights. The First Amendment even protects your goofy opinions.

Respectfully, I put more weight on the HSCA's findings than yours. That was a serious investigation, by a lot of smart and skeptical guys, many professionals.

You apparently have a much higher regard for the intelligence of members of Congress than I do.
Quote

Reasonable JFKA speculation is that a handgun, fired on the GK, could have send a lead slug towards Tague and the nearby curb.

There is nothing reasonable about that hypothesis. I suppose you could have come up with a nuttier conclusion, but it is hard to imagine how.
Quote

Does that explain the Tague shot? It is a reasonable explanation. No more, no less than that.

It is bat-Helicopter :) crazy.

No, the LNT'ers and CT'ers cannot prove their views.

Not on the Tague issue. On most issues, the LNs can prove their views. CTs, not so much.

Dear danny BOY o'meara,

Unfortunately, you (or some other knucklehead) have mislabeled Secret Service agent Glen Bennett as "Hickey" in this version of the Z-201 frame.

Why in the world did you do that?

-- Tom

PS George Hickey's washed-out image can be discerned behind (and slightly lower than) Clint Hill's (McIntyre is hidden behind Hill).

They are similarly situated in Z-150:

Poor little tommy.

As with every single point you make regarding this issue you are wrong.
When you grow up you might think to question this unfortunate pattern.
Do yourself a favour and watch the Zapruder film some time. It's full of interesting information regarding the assassination of JFK.
If you do you will see Hickey look over the side of the limo and return to the position shown in the image below (the real clue is that the person you think is Bennett isn't in z150. Think about that).

The point being made with this image is that it is from z207. Believe it or not there are some idiots who believe that the first, extremely loud, shot was fired 4 - 5 seconds before this image was taken.
4 TO 5 SECONDS!!
Yet all three men are facing forward at z207.
The problem is that all three men reported immediately reacting to the first shot by looking to their right and rear:

Landis - "I heard what sounded like the report of a high-powered rifle from behind me, over my right shoulder...", "My first glance was at the President, as I was practically looking in his direction anyway...", "I immediately returned my gaze, over my right shoulder."

Ready - "I heard what appeared to be fire crackers going off from my position. I immediately turned to my right rear trying to locate the source but was not able to determine the exact location."

Hickey - "I heard what seemed to me that a firecracker exploded to the right and rear. I stood partially up and turned to the rear to see if I could observe anything. "

Funnily enough, this is exactly what all three men are shown doing in Altgens 6 (equivalent to z255):

To anyone with a grain of intelligence this is really strong evidence that the first shot is after z207 and before z255.

Dear danny BOY o'meara,

Those Secret Service guys in the follow-up car were so mixed up (from the chaos of the moment, lack of sleep and possible "Salty Dick" hangovers) that they confused the "firecracker"-sound at "Z-124" (which they didn't turn around after) with Oswald's second shot at approximately Z-222 (which they did turn around after).

LOL!

I'm glad you put a "LOL" at the end of your post. Your opinions are a joke and it's good you recognise that.
That Landis, Ready and Hickey describe turning to their right and rear as a result of the first shot and that Altgens6 actually shows them doing exactly that...
....what's the point?
z207 shows no such reaction. They are all facing forward.
I'm glad you now accept you were completely wrong about Bennett in z207. When you grow up you might gain the courage to acknowledge such things.

Your campaign of disinformation regarding this issue is funny considering how its you whose always crying about others spreading disinformation.
Keep up the good work Comrade Jerkov  Thumb1:

On what basis do you determine that the evidence of Phil Willis (that his z202 photo was just after the first shot) and of Linda Willis (that JFK was between her and the Stemmons sign when the first shot occurred) is wrong?

(and surely you meant before z225 rather than z255).
