Why would Amos lie about what he recalls? What he said in the program does not help Max Holland since it doesn't line up to where Max was proposing at z107.

If people cannot remember even where they were, maybe that makes a case for ignoring all testimony in this case since you cannot rely on anything anyone says.

Perhaps other types of analysis that do not rely on testimony would be better.

  Beverly Oliver claims to be the Babushka Lady standing on the (S) side of Elm St. She also claims to have seen a shooter firing from behind the picket fence on 11/22/63. Like Euins, there is ZERO Evidence supporting Beverly Oliver's story. Oliver is routinely trashed as being a liar. On the other hand, the unsubstantiated Euins claim is not only accepted, it is proffered worldwide by LN propaganda machines such as National Geographic/"The Lost Bullet". The scales here are heavily weighted. Have been for almost 62 yrs now.

   Euins was found inside the railroad yard by DPD Officer Harkness and placed on the back of the Harkness 3 Wheel Motorcycle. He was then motored straight to the TSBD. At that point, Euins was placed into the backseat of Inspector Sawyer's car there in front of the TSBD. From there, Euins was then walked over to the jail where he gave his written statement. Euins is on film and photo images inside the railroad yard and then at the TSBD. Just my opinion, but I believe while back inside the railroad yard, Euins was telling "porky pies" about seeing a shooter, ducking from shots fired, etc. Harkness got wind of these Euins stories and before Euins knew it, he was on the back of the Harkness 3 wheel motorcycle zipping toward the TSBD. At that point, Euins was locked into that "story" of his like it or not.
  Again, there are ZERO Images of Euins standing on Houston St. Nobody has ever said they saw Euins standing on Houston St. Toni Glover wearing a bright blue coat was standing atop the pedestal with her Mom. This is the same pedestal that Euins claimed to have cowered below/alongside after the 3 shots had been fired. Glover says that no one was below her and her mom. She said to get down from the pedestal, she and her mom had to move along that concrete structure. She said a man was standing right next to the pedestal preventing her and her mom from directly getting down from the pedestal. She said they did Not want to ask the man to move. Glover decades later went to the Sixth Floor Museum with her story of standing atop that pedestal with her mom. There, she was referred to the curator/Gary Mack. She told her entire story to Gary Mack. Mack with his intricate knowledge of the JFK Assassination, should have immediately delved into Glover's physical position atop that pedestal vs the Euins story. He did Not. This is why I have no confidence in the Sixth Floor Museum. All we ever get from the Sixth Floor Museum is 1 shooter, 3 shots, rinse, repeat.

I just looked at some of Euins' statements, and over time I do see some variations in some descriptions. On his first Sheriff’s deposition that day on the 22nd he did say he was at the corner (Houston and Elm) and heard a shot after the President turned the corner and passed down the street a bit, and he only mentioned three total shots. It seems he vacillated a little over time as to if there were 3 or 4 shots.

It’s interesting that he described the shooting as sounding like an automatic rifle. This is also how John Connally described it even though Connally said the shooting duration was around 10 to 12 seconds.

I mentioned in an earlier post on how I suspected folks right near the limo at the first shot might not be as inclined to look around for the source, but Euins mentions that after the first shot was over, people around his location started looking around. I may have underestimated how many people around the depository did do some head turning for sound localization right after the first shot. Short duration bursts of sounds overhead are typically hard to localize.

No!

1. McLain's bike was too far back.
2. According to the bike expert and actual rider, McClain, he said motor sound on the dictabelt is from a three wheeled bike.
3. Sheriff Bill Decker saying "hold everything secure" in the exact place where the shots supposedly occurred. Yet Decker was known to have said "hold everything secure" about a minute after the real shots in Dealey Plaza.

And this is only a small part of the refuted dictabelt evidence.
Steve Barber as seen below is the actual expert on the dictabelt evidence and Steve's initial interest came from when he heard the "hold everything secure" from a recording of the dictabelt and these words were proven to have come way after Dealey Plaza! Go Steve, Go!



The following passages come from Reclaiming History and McClain the actual man behind the supposed Dealey Plaza recording, strongly refutes this deceptive "audio evidence".

McLain gave his reasons for believing it wasn’t his mike. Among them was the
fact, he said, that the sound of the motorcycle clearly indicated the cycle was trav¬
eling way too fast to have been in the motorcade; though he had turned his siren
on, there were no siren sounds from the motorcycle with the stuck microphone;
and when the sound of sirens did appear, they seemed to be passing a stationary
unit.

The importance of McLain being ordered to be on channel 2 and remember¬
ing many of the channel 2 transmissions during the motorcade cannot be
overemphasized. It literally, by itself, destroys the HSCA’s acoustic conclusion of
a fourth shot—at least if the committee is basing it on McLain being the cyclist
with the open microphone.
The second point McLain wanted to make, after repeating that he was “sure”
the stuck mike was not his, was that the sound on the channel 1 cycle was “not the
sound” of his cycle, a two-wheeler that day, explaining that he had ridden “both
two- and three-wheelers” on the force, and “this was a three-wheeler. It’s all
together a different sound.

What brought them crashing down to earth was when the smoke-and-mirrors conclusion of the
HSCA was exposed as such in 1982 by a panel of twelve physicists and scientists under the aegis of
the National Research Council. Hailing from places like MIT, the Lawrence Berkeley Laboratory at
the University of California, and the Bell Telephone Laboratory in New Jersey, and headed by
Harvard professor Norman Ramsey, the panel of experts analyzed the subject Dictabelt and heard the
same impulse sounds that the two Queens professors did. The only problem was that the "sounds" the
Queens professors heard occurred "one minute after the assassination," when the presidential
limousine was long gone down the Stemmons Freeway on its way to Parkland Hospital.
