Another development that flew under the radar for me. The brother of Lieutenant General Michael Flynn is his 5-year younger brother, who is also a Lieutenant General, Charles Flynn. But has just been promoted as a four-star general. This rank qualifies him to be appointed as Chairman of the Joint Chief of Staffs.

This makes having Trump not win election in 2024 doubly important.

I have a few problems with General Charles Flynn.

•   He is the brother of Michael Flynn.
•   He has in on the phone call about the discussion of sending in the National Guard to save the Capitol on January 6. Some of the voices urged not sending them, because of optics. He has denied saying this, but no one knows.
•   It was initially denied by the army, possible because of statements by General Charles Flynn, that he was involved, but it has since come to light that he was at least listening on this conference call.

I think that any general in on this conference call, which did not result in an immediate ordering of the troops, is highly suspect. I believe that no more of them should be promoted to the rank of a four-star general. Or any more promotions. No exceptions. There are plenty of other excellent three-star generals.

Another suggestion. Bring back the rank of a five-star general, “General of the Army”. Our last five-star general was Omar Bradley, promoted in 1950. And bring back the equivalent rank in the Navy, “Admiral of the Fleet”. Our last Admiral of the Fleet was, I believe, Admiral Halsey, during World War II.

If Trump is ever reelected again, he could get the advice of Putin as to which four-star General or Admiral he should consider maneuvering into becoming the next Chairman of the Joint Chief of Staff. The Russians are pretty good and figuring out that sort of thing.

We have 34 four-star generals right now. Way too many possible selections, that a bad president can select from and try to maneuver his choice into the position of Chairman of the Joint Chief of Staff. We need to bring back these two ranks. And severely limit the number of officers promoted to this rank. Never more than a total of three, from the Army, Navy, Air Force, Marines, and Space Force (what a joke), combined. A bad president would only have three options. And be extremely cautious about who wins this promotion. And have the requirement that the Chairman of the Joint Chief of Staff has to be of this rank.

This would limit the options of any future president who has aspirations of becoming President for Life. Give him only three options, not 34 or 50 or however many that are available now. A needless precaution? Probably. But let’s make it anyway.

Would any normal person make a post this long?  Trump is no longer President.  Seek mental health assistance.  If you have any friends or family, ask them to provide you with a contact person who can help.  Mental health assistance is widely available.

"Richard" once again trying to make lame personal attacks to deflect from the treason his thug hero and his cohorts committed against the United States.

Kennedy was assassinated in 1963 but you still talk about the incident, don't you?

Our country suffered a domestic terrorist attack and an attempted coup all planned by your criminal hero Seditious Donald and your maga thug cult. They wanted to kill Democratic members of Congress and former Vice President Mike Pence.

Richard doesn't like the facts and truth being exposed.....too bad.

They had elections in Myanmar last November where the National League for Democracy (NLD) won 396 out of 478 seats in Parliament. The Military party, the Union Solidarity and Development Party won only 33 seats. But the military launched a coup last Monday and took over. They claim that there was massive fraud and it was really the “Military Party” that won. That won in a landslide.

I don’t get it. If the people of Myanmar really wanted to be ruled by the military, won’t they just all go and join the army? Why wait four years to vote them in?

In any case, it appears that Myanmar, unlike America, knows how to handle massive voter fraud. Trump’s big mistake was to send in a mob led by the QAnon Shaman. He should have sent in the military.

There is that, but also "Richard" just like his side kick Chapman has a problem processing a text longer than 10 words or so. Longer texts require him to think and formulate an opinion in his mind, which he simply isn't used to do and/or is capable of.

I am disappointed that more Republicans are not leaving the party. But for those who have, it appears the January 6 assault on the Capitol was their trigger. I decided to leave before that. The event that really convinced me to leave the party was when the TV lights started to melt Giuliani’s disguise, revealing him to be a Reptilian.

How is the vaccine distribution going in "Europe"?  Not so good apparently since the US rollout is over three times higher per capita.  Let your friends in "Europe" know that Trump can come over and get it on track if they need help.  Do you have your tickets for the bullfights?
