Does anyone have a copy of “Reclaiming History” on their Kindle? If so, does it include the data that is on the CD that comes with the printed book version? I appreciate the ease of being able to just click on the source notes, etc on the Kindle to examine them. Having to use the CD for this (with the printed book version) is a relative pain in the neck. Please let me know. Thanks
