you can see that person in Bell, in the reflecting pool sequence, If I remember correctly Gary Mack once met her when she visited the museum and introduced herself to Gary as the girl who stood on the pedestal near the reflecting pool. There is another person with her on the pedestal.

Just prior to the motorcade turning on to Elm. The person in the blue shirt standing on the pedestal near the Howard Brennen location spreads his/her arms to the side and then brings them over his head in a circular motion. A sixth floor sniper would be able to see this unusual motion from the sixth floor. Innocent wave or a signal? Wes, It is a peculiar motion she's making with her arms, isn't it? Circular motion...like she's forming the letter "O". She doesn't appear to be looking to her right (where the presidential limo was at the time) while she's doing this. A couple of seconds later the limo does come into view and is making its turn onto Elm. Although I assume it's an innocent "gesture" of sorts, it does make you wonder though doesn't it? Nice observation.

Jeez, I dunno. Maybe you aren't being kooky enough. You could say that she was a cheerleader at her high school and she was doing a cheer to try to get JFK's attention. Or better yet that her cheer was spelling out "O" to attract the attention of Jackie O. Yeah, that's it. Keep working on this and please keep us posted. This could solve the case!

Yes, she certainly had a good view. It would be an interesting story. It is obvious that she is just enjoying the parade.

Geesh. I suppose I could try to think kookier. But I really don't see the need. I did say I thought this to be an innocent gesture

Hi Gerda,
Her name was Toni Glover, she was 11 years old and she did not know who the other girl was. Toni did an oral history for The Sixth Floor Museum in 1999, though a transcript has not yet been made. She thought two shots were fired and she's recently returned to the Museum's Reading Room to do research for some project.
Gary thank you Gary

It appears like she is holding a camera above her head taking a picture . Has anybody ever asked her if she took photos that day.
