Originally, Whaley said he dropped off LHO in the 500 block of N. Beckley.  LHO got out, walked across the front of the cab at an angle, southbound.  Where would that take him?  The El Chico restaurant - where TF White wrote down a certain license plate that was traced to a certain Carl Mather etc.

Whaley later changed destination to 700 block, which fit better with WC timeline that had to get him to 10th and Patton - FAST.

No argument there Lee... just seems this experienced driver whould have known the streets... to repeat NECHES and to be looking at a map at the same time is bizarre.

I'd have to ask you then..  "At which point Oswald has about half hour to get to the Tippit murder site"

How does Oswald know that Tippit will be driving EAST on 10th... when Oswald's destination is ultimately the Theater?
According to Markham, Oswald is walking EAST across Patton on 10th...  when Tippit rolls up behind him, also traveling EAST on 10th...
The only thing in that direction related to the case is Ruby's apartment....

Do you find it a bit backward to start your analysis with "Oswald needed to be at the window at 12:30, so this is what he did...."  and "Oswald needed to be at the Tippit murder site by 1:07 for Markham to see him (or 1:16 is you still believe that is the murder time)"

Rather than look at the details and evidence as available...?

If Whaley actually lets THE Oswald off at Neely/Beckley by 12:45...  it still takes him 15 minutes just to walk from there to his room....
How does he get even farther away in less time AND why walk in the opposite direction of his ultimate destination?

The man in Whaley's cab had on a jacket, brown shirt type jacket and white T.
On the bus he is without a Jacket, if Bledsoe is correct

One or both of these is NOT our Oswald...  and then there's the Oswald that Craig sees leaving in Ruth's car...

Do we know whether or not Ruth's car was accounted for that day at that time?  She says she was at the dentist yet back home by 11:30...

Two witnesses recall seeing a rambler type vehicle near the Tidy laundromat  , A man resembling Oswald came in and used the payphone, the driver was a dark complected man who left the vehicle and was not seen again. The Oswald look a like left the laundry and walk east back toward Down town.
There are around 5 rambler type vehicles seen in and around Dealey Plaza.Perhaps Oswald was trying to purchase a job lot from the Ford salesman.

Some things we know we know, the rest we have to find out for ourselves

One of the first things we found out was that the Warren Commission never pursued a conspiracy investigation.

The Tidy Lady Laundromat was located on Davis Street as well.
