I remember reading on a thread here that someone was looking for Marina Oswald's contradictory statements. Here is the HSCA's list thats with John Armstrong's Baylor University notes. As a guest, you are not allowed to view links.

Register or Login i wasn't looking for it, but it was an interesting read anyway. marina has told so many stories that her testimony seems unusable. and patricia mcmillan johnson is such a fantasisst (as is her husband) that the fine work of mr.armstrong, ultimately, raises far more questions than answers. (priscilla's ties to the cia are, at this point, not even doubtful, at least to me.) thanks

No problem, and I agree. McMillan comes across as rather creepy. After reading 'Oswald and the CIA' I have no doubts. I'm glad you enjoyed it.

Register or Logini don't agree with everything he says - nor am i an armstrong "true believer" - but both of these guys present plenty of good information. ( i try not to let my disagreements with an author's conclusions stand in the way of appreciating the facts they present.) (for the record, i think PMJ is just a well paid promulgator of the official story. and i trust her about as much as i would ruth paine.)

Marina has been consistent on what matters: 1) that she took the backyard photos of LHO holding the murder weapons; 2) the fact that Oswald tried to shoot Gen. Walker; and 3) that LHO owned a rifle and that rifle was missing on 11/22. Everything else is trivia and you can understand her reluctance to answer some questions about her background in Russia given the view of Communists in this country in the 60's. She had enough problems without being branded a commie and deported. I sort of like her. She seems like a tough gal considering everything she went through.

No. Originally, when asked for the first time, she denied these allegations. Later, after intimidation and money inducement, she followed the "party" line.

She hasn't changed her story on any of the above. And that's what matters. Over the years she has been influenced by any number of CTers and, I'm fairly sure, has lightened the wallet of more than a few. She still says took the backyard photos, Oswald tried to shoot Walker, Oswald owned a rifle and it was missing after 11.22. And that is all that matters regardless of whether she now believes that he was innocent.

No. Originally she said otherwise.

I don't believe Marina has been consistent on either Lee owning the rifle or the attempted shooting of Gen Ed Walker.
