Marc Crilly posted this, I think it's Bugliosi's 53 points he would have nailed Oswald with.
1. Oswald went to Marina's on the Thursday night instead of the Friday as he usually did. He most likely did this to pick up the MC
2. Oswald told Frazier he needed to pick up curtain rods from Irving, even though he already had rods in his bedroom at North Beckley. Marina and Ruth Paine both testified Oswald did not get rods on the Thursday and none were found at the TSBD
3. Oswald told Frazier he would not be going home with him on the Friday.
4. When prompted by Marina to discuss the Kennedy visit, Oswald ignored her - Marina testified that she found this unusual because the two of them discussed JFK regularly
5. On Friday morning, Oswald left behind his wedding ring and $170 for Marina
6. Oswald placed a long bulky package on Frazier's back seat and told him it was curtain rods
7. Frazier noticed that for the first time ever, Oswald did not bring his lunch to work. (I know this is weak, but it is crucial later on)
8. When the two of them went into the TSBD, Oswald hurried ahead with the package under his arm, when very other morning they would walk together
9. Instead of reading the DMN in the domino room on the 1st floor as he always did, Oswald went somewhere else in the building that morning
10. The normally politically aware Oswald asked James Jarman why people were gathering outside, probably to establish a false impression he knew nothing of Kennedy's visit
11. Howard Brennan idenitified Oswald as the shooter after the 1st and 2nd shots. He had watched Oswald in the window moments before the motorcade arrived.
12. Witnesses in the motorcade saw a rifle sticking out of the 6th floor window. A sniper's nest was found in that window with Oswald's prints. Oswald's MC was found on the 6th floor. Three shells from that weapon were found in the sniper's nest
13. During Friday's interrogation, Oswald said he was in the first floor lunchroom. On Sunday he said he was upstairs at the time of the assassination - before he could finish whatever he was doing the commotion surrounding the assassination took place and when he went downstairs, a policeman confronted him (Baker) and his boss verified him as one of his employees
14. Why would Oswald go and buy a Coke if he was innocent, amongst all the commotion of the assassination?
15. Why was the politically active Oswald not watching the motorcade? Additionally, why did he not stay around and discuss the assassination with his colleagues?
16. After the roll call of all the TSBD employees, only Oswald and Charles Givens were absent. Givens turned up a short time later and at a later roll call, witnessed by DMN reporter Kent Biffle, only Oswald was absent
17. Why did Oswald not take the Beckley bus, located on the corner of Houston and Elm that took him directly to his rooming house? Why take the Marsalis bus further east on Elm?
18. Why did Oswald get off the Marsalis bus after it was caught in traffic if he wasn't trying to escape?
19. When Oswald got into a cab, driver William Whaley asked what all the police sirens and commotion was about. Oswald said nothing. Speculative, yes, but reasonable behavior? No.
20. Why did Oswald get Whaley to drop him off four blocks past his rooming house?
21. Earlene Roberts testified that Oswald came in 'running like the dickens' and said nothing to her.
22. Oswald picked up his revolver. Why?
23. Oswald changed the pants he was wearing. Why?
24. 45 minutes after the assassination, J.D Tippit is murdered by Oswald. 12 witnesses identify him as the killer. I have already put the names of the 12 elsewhere on the forum, but here they are again: Helen Markham, Jack Tatum, William Scoggins, William Smith, The Davis sisters, Ted Callaway, Sam Guinyard, B. M Patterson, Harold Russell, Warren Reynolds and Domingo Benavides. Were all 12 mistaken? Aquila Clemmons saw two men - yes, Scoggins and Callaway, who followed Oswald after the shooting
25. Johnny Brewer saw Oswald acting suspiciously on Jefferson Boulevard
26. Oswald 'ducked into' the Texas Theater without buying a ticket, according to the cashier
27. Why did Oswald resist arrest if he was innocent?
28. Why did Oswald draw his gun if he was innocent?
29. Why did he refuse to give the DPD his name if he was innocent?
30. Why did Oswald show the press his handcuffed hands in defiance if he was innocent?
31. Why did Oswald refuse to take a lie detector test?
32. Marina went and saw Oswald in custody and said she knew he was guilty as soon as she saw his eyes. Didn't she know him better than anybody?
33. Oswald owned the MC that was found on the 6th floor beyond reasonable doubt. Handwriting experts matched Oswald's writing on the money order and Marina photographed him with it in April 1963. The HSCA photographic experts verified the authenticity of the photos and Marina herself admitted to the taking the photos
34. Two bullet fragments found in the limousine matched the MC, as did the whole bullet found at Parkland
35. To the exclusion of all other weapons, the casings found in the sniper's nest matched the MC
36. A brown paper sack was found in the sniper's nest. The sack had Oswald's left index finger print and right palm print on it
37. Oswald's fingerprints were found on book cartons in the sniper's nest
38. The Smith and Wesson revolver found in Oswald's possession was the same one ordered by Oswald and matched by handwriting experts.
39. One of four bullets, that were recovered from Tippit's body, matched the revolver beyond reasonable doubt and another expert concluded that all four 'could have' been fired from the revolver
40. Four bullet casings were found near Tippit and all four matched the revolver to exclusion of all other weapons
41. A parrifin test was conducted on Oswald's hands and it was positive, showing nitrates from gunpowder residue
42. Why did Oswald leave his blue jacket behind at the TSBD?
43. Why did Oswald discard his other jacket on the path to the Texas theater?
44. Why had Oswald not filled out any orders on his clipboard that morning? The clipboard was found on the 6th floor after the shooting. Had Oswald done no work that day?
45. Oswald lied when he denied owning the MC
46. He lied about the photographs showing him with the murder weapons
47. He lied when he said he had never seen the photogrpahs before - his handwriting was indentified by experts on the back of the photograph
48. Oswald did not mention the Neely St residence when asked about he and Marina's residences. When Fritz asked him about Neely St, Oswald denied ever living there. Neely St is where the photos were taken
49. Oswald denied telling Frazier the curtain rod story
50. Oswald denied putting a borwn package on Frazier's back seat. Frazier and his sister Linnie Mae Randle saw Oswald do it. Oswald also denied carrying a package into work, even though Frazier saw him do this
51. Oswald told Fritz he only brought his lunch to work that day, but we know from Frazier that Oswald did not bring his lunch with him that day for the first time ever
52. Oswald told Fritz that he was having lunch with James Jarman on the 1st floor when the assassination took place. Jarman testified he had lunch alone, not with Oswald
53. Oswald told Fritz he purchased the revolver in Forth Worth, when he actually purchased it by mail order from Los Angeles.
