In a different thread a new member completely misquoted Oswald... and then rather than check it out... the vultures descend

If anyone actually took the time to GO SEE THE CLIP...
they'd know that Mike ONeill is MISQUOTING OSWALD...

He does not say " No, i havent been charged with that yet".

He says, "No, I have not been charged with that, in fact, nobody has said that to me YET. The first thing I heard about it was in the hall....."

BIG difference....

25-27 seconds in..

But, "they got their man on both counts"  was over heard...  and is very suspicious as it was heard outside the Theater...

Wonder how they knew?

Tell me, do you consult with a medium who is in contact with LHO's spirit? If not, how do you know what LHO was thinking that day?
I don't consult with wizards or mediums at all. I only go by what I would do if faced with a certain execution in the electric chair. Go down fighting, especially if I hadn't planned on making it this far. Even a nutcase like LHO had a sense of self preservation, or did his fellow conspirators trick him out of that too??

But, you're not Oswald, are you? Therefore, everything you write is speculation and guesswork.

I always thought it was his patsy comment that was taken out of context.  Most remember it as a stand alone statement "I'm just a patsy" meaning that Oswald is indicating a frame up.  Actually, what he is saying is that he was arrested because he had defected to the Soviet Union.  He means he is innocent and the police have focused on him for that reason.  A rush to judgment. NOT that some entity has framed him for the crime and he is aware of the frame up.  Big difference:

"They've taken me in because of the fact that I lived in the
Soviet Union. I'm just a patsy!"

He definitely wanted to get that out there as soon as possible, and throw out a couple of workers salutes too.

That phrase at the beginning of "The X-Files"...

You all should stay on track instead of attacking each other.  The reason you're all so passionate is underlined by Oswald's style in this interview.

Oswald's an enigma.  The wording issue is indeed VERY valid, because Oswald is clearly suggesting that he has no knowledge of the Kennedy assassination.  He's surely not playing the patsy card here, rather, he's playing the innocent victim, making sure to tell how a policeman hit him.

It's hard to believe him, but on the other side, we'll always be tainted by the overwhelming feeling against him.  He certainly appears to be guilty, but the absence of ever getting a real chance to tell his side of things and a generally overwhelming belief of his guilt or at least complicity will forever leave him at blame.

But folks - follow one thing, and never forget it.

For the Dallas police to allow a man with organized crime connections to even be in that garage, without having been checked for a weapon, while transporting the man accused of the most notorious crime of the century....and why such a man would suddenly grow a patriotic streak and decide he needed his own personal revenge against the assassin....this is beyond a dismissable situation for those lone gunman folks.  Really...I believe Oswald did it.  And there's still an awful lot more to it than meets the eye, because Ruby's actions are as close to proof positive as you can get.
