Hey guys;
This is my first post here :)
I think I may have read it in one of my newer books about the JFK assassination. (Dont ask me which one, as Ive read a few of them as of late ;) I will look if it really becomes an issue however)
But would this point of the limo ride not be at the point where Jackie is saying something to the likes of 'they killed my husband, I have his brains in my hand' (I do know that it was said after she got back in the limo, from apparently getting some of the matter from the back trunk).
Connolly heard it once, where it was said that Jackie was repeating this in the car... Connolly only heard it once however because he was then unconscious in the car as a result of his injuries. By Connolly's account, he remembers up to the lane change that Greer pulls... Jackie say the words once, then he was out.
According to Dr Crenshaw, a lot of people didnt/dont realize how close to death the Governor was.
Now this being said... I really havent spent a whole lot of time watching the Z-film past 380... So this is rather new area for me... But I do have to say it does look like JFK was sitting up in those frames.
The backbrace Kennedy wore impeded his mobility. leaving him quite rigid in the back seat, sitting down (or so I have read). From what I have understood that to mean is that his body would not be as limp, and flexible, even in death. His torso was very rigid when in the brace... I would imagine if Jackie did get back in her seat, she would have had to push JFK up, to get her seat back... JFK slumps over to Jackie's side. She IMO would almost certainly would have had to lift him up, in order to get her seat back, then she would have placed his head on her lap. Of course this is speculation on my part... He was forced to wear a brace based on his PT-109 days due to a really bad back.
It probably would explain also how Jackie COULD lift JFK to an erect position. I dont think it was as macabre as some are thinking, as I would think Jackie would have placed his head in her lap shortly after these few frames...
But if Connolly is remotely on the verge of passing out, I dont think he's getting his head much further than his wife's lap. and NOT wearing a backbrace, he would have been probably comfortable there, after having 3 bullet wounds tearing through him.
