I explored the babooshka posts and never saw her face, despite she is visible in one Murray Pic.
Maybe she was indentified in a thread , but some pics are not displayed anymore.

She seems to be chubby, but relativly young, like Moorman i think- 25 -32, poland- east type.

Thierry, the scarf on the woman you have identified as Babushka seems to be different.  The pattern and the length are not the same.  Her strap is hugging her left shoulder not her right. Wes

So, another of the 107 Babooshka on dealey plaza ?  You'll be the judge. Same surroundings, 2 straps (one for the bag and one for thecamera?), same profile that on TRask's identification....

i'm not a violent defender of this hypothesis, but note how the hair is going forward the stuff she has on her head. Even from behind, we can see it:

One thing has always surprised me, the flashlight visible around z192.
Maybe this woman had a simple camera and used flashbulb. It was a tradition to use the flash to put light in deep shadows (fill-in flash). The light is visible
7 frames , the average speed of a magnesium falshbulb. I used PF1B flashbulbs in industry , and they were synchronised at 1/30.
The orange light can't be sun reflection (no reflections on Morman's camera).
Note that the dark hair is visible on frame 288

If this woman was a good photographer practicing the FILL IN FLASH, the cliché might have look like this one:

or a shiny view on Brehm's hair

I think that Babooshka used flashbulb for fill-in-flash picture. The flashbulb like PF1B release its power during 1/30 of a second, this mean that the flashbulb start and end after 6 frames. Instead of using a speed like 1/30 i think that any photographer would use a 1/650 speed at  a large aperture to have the flash being efficient far enough. But her position behind Brehm, firing at 292 cannot product a good cliché.
It could be usefull to search for a studio in town with a poland name. The girl carry a heavy bag, probably with lenses.

Her picture may have look like this:

and a simulation of this babooshka 1963-2012

very nice Thierry  thumbs1xx

I can not explain why, but I always had the idea in my head that B-Lady was probably deaf-mute... tinfoil... I don't know what made me think this. Does that make any sense ... lol ?

The woman in red, and the man in black are standing on the left of Brehm.

In Allen, Babushka is standing on the right of Brehm, as seen in the Skaggs slide.

Thierry,

The Babushka Lady caught my interest back in the mid 1970's
Oliver's false claims before the AARB were based on my work
which she twisted to met her needs.

The John Woods is the same one posting this information.

Who got suckered-in by her in the first place? Wasn't it GaryMack?

I've always wondered how Oliver - the Ruby employee and bible-thumpin', republican ex-wife of a local mobster (and Harrelson associate) got a relatively free pass whereas poor Jean Hill was pilloried from the get-go.

On the other hand, she puts Ruby & Oswald together at the Carousel & claims Ruby said Oswald was 'CIA'.

Jack Harrison, a Dallas photo-developer, told the FBI he'd developed a Kodak slide (no negatives) for a 30-something brunette.

It appears to me that Babushka is holding a movie camera with a handle below not a traditional still camera which would be held to the eye with both hands and both elbows pointing outward. Wes

To Robin;  you are right, the woman in skagg 10 is the babooshka, i believed she was the woman in red.

To John
Woods;    i guess it was fun for you to hear Beverly twist your infos. I read that lives "in the fear of god" . her story about experimental super 8 camera was fun.

To Andy: very interesting info about this slide story.

To Wes; i believed it was a 8 mm camera, but the light IMHO is from a flashbulb. Even the numerous chromes of the limo do not behave like this reddish warm 8framed flashlight.
I'll post a piture of my polaroid land camera with the flashbulb installed. you'll see that it is handeld like a 8mm camera.

Just for fun, a weird story:  I think that the Babboshka is a member of this forum (Gerda for example), who will travel in time in 2040, who will use a deep scanner which will record the whole dealey plaza. That is why the babooshka is hiding, knowing perfectly the position of every photographer.

She probably was an amateur regarding filming, and used the flashlight on her 8mm in broad daylight. There appears to something "flashy" on her camera.

This is how i see the way Babushka might have used her camera.
as she panned to the left following the Limo as it passed by her.
