So, another of the 107 Babooshka on dealey plaza ? You'll be the judge. Same surroundings, 2 straps (one for the bag and one for thecamera?), same profile that on TRask's identification....
i'm not a violent defender of this hypothesis, but note how the hair is going forward the stuff she has on her head. Even from behind, we can see it:

LoginOne thing has always surprised me, the flashlight visible around z192.
Maybe this woman had a simple camera and used flashbulb. It was a tradition to use the flash to put light in deep shadows (fill-in flash). The light is visible
7 frames , the average speed of a magnesium falshbulb. I used PF1B flashbulbs in industry , and they were synchronised at 1/30.
The orange light can't be sun reflection
(no reflections on Morman's camera).Note that the dark hair is visible on frame 288
If this woman was a good photographer practicing the FILL IN FLASH, the cliché might have look like this one:

LoginI think that Babooshka used flashbulb for fill-in-flash picture. The flashbulb like PF1B release its power during 1/30 of a second, this mean that the flashbulb start and end after 6 frames. Instead of using a speed like 1/30 i think that any photographer would use a 1/650 speed at a large aperture to have the flash being efficient far enough. But her position behind Brehm, firing at 292 cannot product a good cliché.
It could be usefull to search for a studio in town with a poland name. The girl carry a heavy bag, probably with lenses.
Her picture may have look like this:
