This new video presentation includes the Zapruder segment from 282 to 312 in both extreme slow motion and at real time speed. I really don't see how there can be any doubt that the limo passengers who all reacted within the same 1/6th of a second of one another, were startled then by a loud gunshot. (edit) BTW, if you go to Youtube to view this, you can increase the resolution to 480p and enlarge the display. I also have a much better, Quicktime version of the film at this link. That's a good question. I don't think it did. It probably was the shot that caused Tague's minor wound and the lead smear on the Main St. curbing. Some people have argued that the shot wounded Connally, as his wife believed, but I think Connally was hit earlier, circa 223.

I have brought something about the film to the attention of the members here but, I seem to be the only one who finds it odd.
Zapruder seems to have no problems keeping the limo in the centre of the film frames until Z225 or so. Then, the limo almost seems to disappear at the bottom of the screen. He seems to get over this problem, coincidentally, at Z313.
Strange?
It's hilarious that the same people who insist on absolute iron clad evidence of LHO's guilt (which to them apparently means actual film footage of LHO firing the rifle at JFK), yet see some imagined reaction in the zfilm and ACCEPT that as iron clad evidence of conspiracy. It's a real "headscratcher" as we like to say here in Livepool. PS: Bob, fix your forum settings like I showed you. At least you can put that "conspiracy" to rest finally.

Well, actually I think Zapruder did an incredibly good job under the circumstances and considering the shock he must have experienced when he realized that the President had been shot, I wouldn't expect him to have filmed perfectly. It looks like the camera rose a bit in the 260's but I don't see any signs of anyone being hit or the limo passengers reacting then.

Only to someone who see's conspiracy everywhere he looks. To the rest of us it looks like exactly what it is: an amatuer home-movie made by an unsteady photographer hand holding his camera.

Well, I guess nobody's perfect Jon:-) Have you considered that your bitterness has affected your ability to be rational and objective about this case? The question of conspiracy is a negative, which in this case can never be proven. You can only logically argue that you have not yet seen evidence for conspiracy that you deem to be convincing. But perhaps that's because you haven't seen all the evidence. Why don't you actually go to Youtube or better yet, view the Quicktime version of my presentation, and then present specific reasons why you reject my analysis? I would be particularly interested in alternative explanations for the reactions by the limo passengers. I have edited and even removed a video before, when I discovered that I was wrong - and I'll be happy to do that again if you or anyone else can refute the 285 shot.
