At this time I saw a Dallas police officer running towards the picket fence and I followed him and went behind the fence and at this time there was a brown Chevrolet pulling out of the parking lot and I stopped it and took a woman from the car and turned her over to Detective Lumney Lewis who still works for the Sheriff's Department. Q: Approximately where were you located at the time you turned this person over to the Deputy? A: At that time I was behind the picket fence. Q: Do you see that on the diagram?
