Hi Ron. I sent Ben Dougherty the friend request on Facebook probably a good three weeks ago now. And the nicely worded message to him there around nine days ago. And still I have heard nothing from him. In the month or so since I found his Facebook page, he has been for the most part "inactive". He HAS added one friend to his list, and a couple of "Likes" (musical bands/artists) and that is essentially it. I would surely think he's read both mine and Duncan's messages by now, and has seen our friend requests. But he hasn't acted on them at all. I don't really know what his problem is. IF someone had sent me the kind of message I had sent to him, I would have at least had the common courtesy to reply back in some way. I'm starting to get a little annoyed. I think he's had plenty of time to read his messages. So far he chooses to remain silent and that has me wondering why  It's like casting your line and hoping for a bite  IF I don't hear anything from him in another week or so, I may just try to message him again. I don't want to seem like a nuisance to him. But I think a reply back either way would be the courteous thing to do, don't you? Hs's a guy right ? You need a woman to send the message.

what about phoning him, is he listed in the phone book ?
Hi Gerda! That may be my next resort I don't have a phone number on him, but I bet I could find one within a couple of hours...maybe ;) I just sent him another short message on Facebook. My fingers are crossed, but it's most likely in vain though.
