First lets look at this: As a guest, you are not allowed to view links.
Register or LoginNow what if we deliberately remove what "seems" to be a shooting skull fragment? Sequence kinda takes on a whole new feeling, doesn't it? Look at which direction the cloud of debris immediately takes. The fragment shooting upwards and forward creates the illusion of a shot from the rear. ***I'm sorry for the delay in getting these animations into my posting. Gerda, There isn't one frame missing. Actually, this shooting skull fragment is seen in both frames 313 and 314. What I did was cut, copy and pasted the nearby grass in both of the frames to cover the flying piece using nothing more than the Windows Paint program.

I did not notice that, good job, you fooled me So, if you can make the shooting skull dissapear you can also make it appear.

... or flip: GIF: Nice job Gerda I wonder just how difficult it would have been back then to add in this flying fragment, which is small and fuzzy at best...and just to the two frames Also, I think the back of the president's head...post 313...looks smudged and painted in....it looks unnatural and kind of fuzzy.

About Z313, i splitted the RGB components to see how the blood is dense. As the vegetation is all behind, the green component is black on the Blood part, same for the blue component. It is a soft way to enhance some parts (without a dramatic B/W effect like ITEK did). The blood part is very visible on only 10 cm above the head. The red component is very shiny and show the elements of rotation of one skull fragment, which rotated at least 4 time during the obturation, the shiny skull bone sended light to zapruder like a stroboscopic flash when the angle to the sun was large (probably rotation from north to south). But the red halo is not really enhanced on the RGB components, only the dense blood stays visible ( two images below). As a guest, you are not allowed to view links.

Register or LoginSo, airbrushed halo on the head? why not, but if you do this, it's necessary to do it on color images and then refilm then , but the difference between an image filmed and a real film can be seen if you look at the "original" film with a microscope. You will find tiny light even in deep shadows on a real film, this will not be the case on a false film. I tried to explain that to Craig Lamson, Ansel Adams has created something called "zone system", on how to put the good speed and aperture to get a maximum datas. Could have been usefull for orville nix..
