In that photograph John posted of the 4 men, the guy on the far right is Bernardo De Torres who I submit was the 'Leopoldo' character who visited Sylvia Odio. The guy with the cigar is Dennis Harber who had connections to General Walker and was a regular visitor to Dallas.
If one is inclined to believe the FBI, then this image below shows the men involved. Lawrence Howard, Loren Hall and William Seymour. These are not the visitors the Odio sisters had.
The Cuban guy second from the right is unidentified.
