Small 20 - Frame Bell GIF  ( Not stabilized )

I note the motorcycle rider at the bottom of the frame, apparently speeds up as his white helmet goes past jackies pill box hat.
either that, or the limo slows down as it approaches the corner of Houston and Elm

More GIF'S to follow as time permits.

Hi Tommy

I have no way of knowing for certain. My best guess would be well within the first minute after the shots and possibly as long as 90 seconds afterward.

Rick,

Taking the motorcycle cop's trying to park his bike next to the curb as a time "landmark" for your gif,  the fact that Bell had already resumed filming at 0:34 (which looks like it was just 2 or 3 seconds after the fatal headshot), and the fact that he filmed almost continuously from that point (0:34) until at least 1:03, I figure the gif we're talking about is about 25 seconds after the fatal headshot.

This is a test. I uploaded from Groden's Assassination Films the mpeg movie file "Dallas Cinema Association". The file is 87.58 MB in size.
The file size limit for the free file hosting at this website is 100 MB. Here is the link to download and save the file:  As a guest, you are not allowed to view links. Register or Login

That will come in real handy if it works

I couldn't see your file, is it still there. ?

Could this car on the far right of the scan, be the white Bell car ?

It appears to be driving up towards the train carriages.

Hello,
Only my second post, but a very interesting thread. Regarding the location of the moving car and the black pole, they both seem to be beyond the farthest (from Dealey Plaza) margin of the triple underpass:

The red line connects the vertical extensionss on each side of the overpass parapets, as does the yellow line in the photo below:

Good eyes David.

Yes the overpass wall on the west side of the tracks continues past the decorative columms, and the top of it can be seen behind the large black man in the white shirt. ( at approx his shoulder height )

Robin, I believe the man driving the car in Murray is Sheriff Player

I watched the motorcade pass on Record St. from your office window. After the President's car passed I started back to my desk. I heard three shots and went back to the window. People were running in all directions. I left the office by the back door and went across the street to where my squad car was parked on the side street just back of the book depository. I drove the car to the rail road tracks, turned the car around and stopped head west. Sgt. Harkness of the Dallas Police arrived on a 3 wheeler. He turned his radio to DPD Channel 2 and I had the sheriff's 37.300 and DPD Channel 1 in my car. We acted as a west command post for about 2 hours. No one was permitted to leave any of the parking lots until cleared and then a Dallas Police Officer took their names. Officers were directed to search all of the cars in the area, search the rail road cars and to bring anyone in that knew, saw or heard anything.

Charles Polk Player

Robin,

it seems to me that the wall is over with the last concrete pillar, after that we already see the embankment and the space between the tracks (black lines) and trackbeds.
