Small 20 - Frame Bell GIF  ( Not stabilized )

I note the motorcycle rider at the bottom of the frame, apparently speeds up as his white helmet goes past jackies pill box hat.
either that, or the limo slows down as it approaches the corner of Houston and Elm

More GIF'S to follow as time permits.

Some Frames from the sequence may be missing. ?

For those new to the forum

This GIF is provided so that you can save the frames  for study
Split the frames from the GIF using Irfanview, and save to a file on your hard drive

Did Moorman's polaroid have a strap on it ?
It appears to be hanging down from her left wrist

Your welcome Rick

Unfortunately the films have only been presented in brocken segments and not in there full length.    ahxx

The GIFS i posted above also need to be set at the correct frame rate and need to be stabilized

Yes, ALL the cars had to slow down to make the turn. In American we call it the Accordion Effect.
The motorcycles do not have to slow down yet and may speed up to get into the turn where they will then slow down.
I assume you grabbed this from the show? Can you make a frame grab showing the laundry truck? Some people might like to see that in color.
Also did you notice that there are ghost images in the sprocket hole area, but they look slightly different from Zapruder's?

Great work, as ever, Robin.

Interesting hockey-stick-shaped objects hanging down from the two open second-floor windows of the County Records Building. Shadows?

Why can't someone make these digitally enhanced films available to the research community in their full length?   ahxx

This was just a tease thrown out to the public. I for one would like to be able to purchase all the films that have been digitally enhanced/restored.

thanks a lot Robin !

I agree with you and Rick and everybody who cares, that the way they present the amateur films in bits and pieces and with on-screen annotations is a sin.
The Bell frames look so terrific. The Bell aftermath film stops at the moment when Tan Jacket Man appears for a few frames, it would have been nice to see more of him.
For the first time i recognize who I believe is Roger Craig and Buddy Walthers running across the infield grass in Bell.
Great archievment by whomever is responsible for dig. enhancement of the films.

PS: They did not use footage in the show that was originally used in a trailer for the show. I remember that the trailer I saw had more Bell frames. A pity they left them out in the show.

ahxx I confused Muchmore with Bell, this is the frames sequence from the Bell film that they unfortunally left out from the Lost Bullet show but was used in a trailer:

A couple of curiosities.

1. A man appears to be pointing up at the TSBD. as if to gesture, "The shots came from up there"
I'm not aware of any other films which show anyone pointing up at the TSBD in the same time frame.

2. Red shirt guy on the steps. What's the flash? Sunlight hitting something metallic?
