I had the same idea when I saw the clip on the Lost Bullet doc.
He does not look like Phil Willis. But the little girl....
I doubt it is them though

Interesting observation Duncan.

As far as i'am concerned, Phil Willis doesn't wore a hat the day nore sun glasses as long as i'am whatching the Zapruder Closeup
frames. But sure, it looks like Rosemary with that kind of clothes.

May it be another relative who was there that day and familar to Rose? Maybe an Uncle?

If this is not the case, we have two very similar Rosemary Willis's lookalike present that day.

There is no defined shadow under the cars, no sun, a cloudy day, made the day after or later. The little rosemary would have changed her clothes the day after i think, girls are cleaner than mens ?

I don't think that is Phill Willis, but the little girl most definately has a ressemblence to Rosemary.
even down to the scarf shaped object seen near her right shoulder, similar to the object we see trailing behind rosemary when she runs in Zapruder.

The guy looks like Phil Willis as seen in the 11-24-67 Life. It couldn't be the day of the assassination, however, as he, at least, has changed clothes: light pants and hat. The sunglasses he was wearing as seen in Zapruder. Rosemary would quite likely wear the same hoody (why not?) for a trip back to the scene on, say, Saturday the 23rd, and we can't tell about her dress in the b&w clip. I would almost lay odds that the big-haired lady with the camera is Marilyn (Mrs.) Willis.
