on the above crop of your map, you have the height at the foot of the SE corner of the fence at 96 feet 3 inches 96.3 (I usally use meters as unit, so forgive me if read anything wrong). The NE corner at 126 feet. sorry: 97.1 so that means the area near these to measure points suggest that it is ascending 8 inches, correct ? do you have any data regarding the parking lot area, is it level with the two mentioned measured points ? That is 96.5 not 96.3 so the rise is .6. That is feet and tenths of a foot. The HSCA map did not call for any more detail into the parking lot and overpass area. I gave Martin one of the original plats. He can double check any measurement you want with a magnifying glass. We can't call the 97.1 mark a corner, because it doesn't meet another angle yet. It's just that the fence ends and then there is landscape timber or railroad ties after that almost up to the alley. Elm Street Extension has gone down about a foot by the time it changes from brick to dirt, but then the dirt stays fairly level. I would suggest that the Water Department survey may give you more details. I don't think the WC or Cutler went into a lot of detail on the parking lot.
