Larry Florer was arrested on 11/22/63 after allegedly attempting to make a phone call in the Dal-Tex building. It is said that he appeared to be drunk. I have added an inset of Edmund Kolby, a member of Interpen and a soldier of fortune. Some researchers have suggested that the name Kolby was entered in Oswalds address book. Not much is known about Kolby but he does look a lot like Florer. It was suggested that Kolby had a stammer when he spoke. Question: Did police confuse a stammer for drunken behavior when they arrested Florer?
