The head looks way too big to me. Look at the Dillard photo and compare the size of Norman and Williams heads.

This is from the "3 Shots That Changed America"  dvd.

Williams and Jarman, were they kneeling together in the SE window, or was Jarman sitting in the next window ? It appears that there is somebody in the lower left hand window.
