Gradual stages of Image Enhancement.

And now, a bit of speculation

If this is the evidence that Max Holland says will solve the case then I am underwhelmed.  Wes

He was quite unequivocal about it: Oswald with a smirk on his face and balled up fist in the 6th floor window.

now I see what you mean. That is almost scary. A perfect match.
I saw Eddie Pieper, maybe because I wanted to. Guess after watching the NGC doc we all will be smarter.

If it was really Tan Jacket Man from the Hughes film, they will sell him as Oswald to the public because of his strong resemblance.

Yes, although logical thinking tells me that Tan Jacket Man is not the assassin, the resemblance in the enhancement is amazing.

I only blew up a screenshot, cropped it and used brightness and contrast to reveal what is seen.

I do realise of course, that the image may be caused by the quality of the screen capture. Bit of a coincidence though.  scratch

Just an idea:

The bloke's bald patch is not that, but rather is a shock of bleached or dyed (peroxide) hair or a shock of white hair.

Could this be the LHO look-alike Roger Craig saw run down the grassy knoll and get into a Rambler station wagon a bit later?

Duncan,

Tan Jacket Man in the Hughes Film intrigued me for quite a while, not least because of the odd bald spot which seemed to match Amos Euins' description so well.

However, some time back Robin Unger and Gerda Dunckel put forward strong evidence that this guy was out on the street at the time of the shooting:

It sure looks like him to me, but it would be nice to be sure before ruling out Tan Jacket Man as a 'person of interest'.
