These murders took place before they had forensic technology such as DNA testing , it hard to get away with this stuff today.

It's just a composite sketch of a German man who would be electrocuted in Sing-Sing for an unrelated murder. It's possible but I think in my heart of hearts he could be 15-25% maybe. I still think the wounds were to surgical or by some one who cut beef for a living. I will always suspect the Royal Family and definitely the police in a massive coverup and the sensationalism of the British Press for creating and fabricating stories and attributing additional murders to The Ripper

Think that is far more likely, that the German merchant sailor in dock for a few weeks. But he must have been of upper crust. Because if he was an East Ender or from the local area, I think a neighbor would have sold him out for the bounty. I've Been to the bar on one of those late night Ripper tours that go thru late nite East End London to thefewremaining spots left or the site of where some murders occurred and there is a parking garage now. I think he must have had help or been Upper Crust.
