I stabilized some of the Bell film footage, the aftermath sequence, (Gifs below) Part 1  Part 2  first off, do you recognize anybody ? second, it appears that Bell filmed this footage from the area near Commerce Street as i think i can see Main Street as a brownish line in the center of the footage, and a bit of the curb of Commerce Street ?

Hello Gerda. Very nice stabilized animations first off  I also agree that Bell was either on the far curb on Commerce, or standing on Commerce St. as he filmed. But I'm trying to figure out just who we should be recognizing. I'm still drawing a blank there. **Update** Could it be the dark complected man (DCM)?

very good eye, Rick  when i looked for someone familiar he was the first one i've spotted and my guess is also that it is DCM, he appears to be jogging across the infield between Elm / Main. And he seems to clap his hands. (Gif below)  ETA: the man walking towards DCM looks like the unidentified FBI man (Barret) who was standing with Buddy Walthers at the manhole cover. He wears the white coat in his right hand just like in the Murray/Allen pictures.

Rick, yes, i remember there is a thread here "is this DCM ?" As a guest, you are not allowed to view links.
Register or Loginbefore or after Bell, your stable b/w footage was filmed by A. J. L’Hoste of WFAA-TV. In the far background you can see a person walking, could that be Bell ?

could this be Light Tan Jacket Man ?
If it is him, he has acquired a newspaper from somewhere during the time period between the Hughes film and the Bell film.
