I have seen HUNDREDS of claims that the motorcade route was published on 11/19/63 but have found ZERO evidence of it.

Does anyone have anything?

It is strange that this was the ONLY evidence that such a publication ever existed.

I have been suspicious about this McAdams character for some time. He seems to spread misinformation on purpose.

I wonder how sarcasm will help me?

Adam

Welcome I have removed sarcastic post as you seem to be genuine .starting your first post with a simple item to find is a bit dubious to some
No harm intended .
There are a few threads on here that discuss McAdams site and his honesty ,You will run into many of his followers but they have the same view on veracity of facts . There are very few subjects that have not been discussed and the level and age of information you possess will make you about face quite rapidly .

But are there ANY other sources that confirm that the route was published on 11/19/63? I couldn't care LESS about the route being "changed" BTW. It is irrelevant.

To me the more important query would be, "Is there any evidence LHO read the newspaper with the motorcade route in it?" (Same applies to radio and television)

I ask this because the WC failed to show and support how LHO supposedly knew JFK was coming and what the route was.

Are you referring to a change to INCLUDE the turn onto Houston as opposed to consructing a ramp to allow the motorcade to use Main to det to the Stemmons?
I don't know that there was a change.. pretty sure there was aloways a turn onto Houston and Elm...

and since the LNers believe Oswald was such a great shot... how hard would it be for Oswald to hit JFK rolling doen Main at 3-5 MPH as opposed to Elm?

Something you may care about:
The Secret Service completely rearranging the motorcade at Love Field...  putting the press and JFK's physician at the back...
any explanation ?

More important question was WHAT TIME DID OSWALD THINK THE MOTORCADE WAS PASSING?  and WHY?
If he was a lone nut, how did he know the limo would be so late??  according to the paper, AF-1 arrives at 11:30 with JFK arriving at the Trade Mart at 12:15

According to the VIP invitations...  the Luncheon was starting at NOON...

What would make Oswald believe the motorcade was coming by 20 minutes late so that he could still be on the 1st/2nd floor as late as 12:15??
While men with rifles are seen on the 6th floor also at 12:15???

A lot to think about from you guys, thanks.

I am as concerned about how Oswald suddenly became so competent, as you are.

My focus right now, though, is on WHEN Oswald knew JFK was passing by his building. It seems strange that they would publish his exact route this far in advance, and there seems to be almost NO evidence that they did.

Buell Frazier's story hinges on this fact.

I am actually surprised that I am not being hammered on this.

I expected to be handed my own ass immediately after posing the question, but I guess it must really have some validity.

No reason to get hammered... you make a vaild point, wondering about Oswald's LONE NUT plan... and whether it fits with his actions and the actions of others...

The evidence of the route being published on the 19th was posted by Duncan....  "almost" no evidence is not the same as "no" evidence...

Have fun with your research on who knew what and when...  one way or another JFK's limo was going to pass by the TSBD and DP was to be the most unsafe and unprotected spot on the motorcade trip.
You'll also notice very little info about the trip BACK from the TradeMart to Love field...  or any other JFK trip that November...  Google - The Chicago Plot for some interesting insight.

Are you referring to Buell taking Oswald home that Thursday?  Does suggest that Oswald knew something was up... as I believe he did.
My question was more about his knowledge on the day of the assassination....

This is the invite:   He had to have heard on a radio that the morotcade was 10 mins late when in reality it was 20 minutes behind schedule... but only Mrs Reid testified to hearing the radio report...

Once we get away from OSwald bing on this 12:30 timeline... I think the "conspiracy" becomes a bit more clear...

Fair enough, but ONE guy posting a BAD clipping, is not sufficient evidence for everyone.

Nothing against this Duncan fella, just WHERE he got it.
