Is there any reason not to believe what Marina Oswald testified to, other then the fact that she didn't say what CK wanted to hear? Can anyone fill me in on this.

What is silly is thinking that two turns that reduced the speed of the car to 8-11 m.p.h. is no big deal when motorcades are suppose to keep a 44 m.p.h. speed..R Caprio
LHO had poor hand-eye coordination and proof of this is seen in the fact he couldn't drive an automobile-- R Caprio

Mrs Oswald was 'mistaken" on so much stuff its hard to know where to start.. I would start with locking Lee in the bathroom with a door with no lock that also opens inwards to stop him shooting Nixon..

Marina had no reason to lie about "the basics". (1.) Lee Oswald owned a rifle. (2.) Lee Oswald had her photograph him with a rifle. (3.) Lee Oswald told her he tried to kill General Walker. CTs are like lawyers . . . . . . they will twist and turn to distort anything that supports their client's guilt. They'll say, she was frightened of deportation etc . . . . . . so she said what she was told to. We all know that Marina has had nearly five decades to change "her story". She could earn "big bucks" by coming out with a sensational reversal of her testimony . . . . . . but she has not and will not. Let me guess; she's frightened of the real killers -- who would all be dead now of old age.

Frankie, Marina did not say she locked Oswald in the bathroom. She said: (Warren Report, p. 189) "Then he got dressed and put on a good suit. I saw that he took a pistol. I asked him where he was going, and why he was getting dressed. He answered, 'Nixon is coming...' " She did not know who Nixon was, but was determined that Lee should not leave the house with the pistol. She asked him to join her in the bathroom, and when he entered she jumped out and slammed the door shut. Bracing her feet against the nearby wall, she struggled as hard as shecould to keep the door closed against his efforts to push out." As Marina was "'mistaken" on so much stuff its hard to know where to start.." as you claim, perhaps you could give us a few more examples please, that should be real easy, yes? Thank you.

Well, Frankie doesn't seem interested in pointing out Marina's "many mistakes", anyone else? Iv'e read many times of Marina's lies from CT's. Can any one show me some?

I think Norman Redlich had something to say about Marina's veracity.

Marina told the truth, here: Why am I not surprised that Miles doesn't know the difference between testimony about facts, and someones opinion. Actually this works against Miles ( I am sure he can't understand that ) because she says he is innocent, but stands by he testimony.

I'll give it a shot. See, her testimony was full of hearsay (NOT allowed in a court of law), it violated the spousal privilege (NOT allowed in a court of law), it lacked any CORROBORATION for the evidence, and it was NOT CORRBORATED by the evidence, and finally it was NOT held to the penalty of perjury. Gee, beyond those things, I sure don't know why!
